As Norgren Automation Solutions’ Financial Director, reporting directly to NAS’s Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be intimately involved in all aspects of our business.

Desired Skills and Experience
This critical leadership position requires a passion for not only the Finance function but also for developing people, driving change, and leading a business.
Familiar with large, complex, matrix, global organizations
Past success establishing long term financial forecasts based on anticipated sales
7+ years experience in financial / controller leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field- MBA a plus
Experience in cost analysis in direct manufacturing a plus
Must “thrive” in high pressure, high performance environments
Entrepreneurial approach- can- do attitude: must want to roll up their sleeves…..
Drive and sense of urgency- must have a reputation for getting things done efficiently & on-time
Demonstrated ability to manage up, across and down the organization.
