Sales Pursuit and Closure executives are accountable for managing a pursuit strategy/team of professionals in the identification and pursuit of new leads and opportunities within the targeted marketplace. A successful Capture executive is able to establish and strengthen relationships with client C-Level face-offs, business and technical buyers, and key project stakeholders. He/she networks with Industry Leaders, as well as business partners, Accenture Alliance partners, Industry Vendors, Competitors, and participates in key industry forums. The capture executive will develop and direct sales efforts for new clients, new buyers in existing clients, and across expansion opportunities within existing clients in areas including: --Data Center --ITSE (Infrastructure Transformation Service Excellence) --Workplace --Networking --Security executives are accountable for managing a pursuit strategy/team of professionals in the identification and pursuit of new leads and opportunities within the targeted marketplace.


A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Sales experience with a focus on a broad solution portfolio selling both Infrastructure Consulting and Outsourcing.
Provides solutions to complex business problemsfor area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Desired Skills and Experience
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree
A minimum of 5 years of experience selling transformational infrastructure solutions and/or outsourcing services
A minimum of 5 years of experience selling cloud services into the CMT industry vertical (Comm, Tech, or Media)
Preferred Skills:
Sales experience with a focus on a broad Technology Growth Platform solution portfolio
A proven and consistent track record exceeding quotas consisting of annual sales and/or revenue objectives.
Demonstrated success & track record of sales in project based professional technology services, as well as experience with outsourcing/extending projects to long term value propositions.
Global expertise and perspective for delivery of technology solutions.
Proven success in the areas of Sales Pursuit Management, Win Strategy and Proposal Development, Pricing Strategy & Execution, Negotiating to Close, Deal Shaping and Qualification
Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
