Creates ad hoc reports
Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
Directs Merchandise Finance activities to ensure merchandising areas receive finance support and to align objectives and priorities
Directs and participates in month-end processing and reporting for both total Company and divisional income statements
Ensures strong financial control environment for supported business areas
Facilitates strategy and planning of the Merchandise Finance department with the Vice President of Finance and Planning

Oversees development of and provides advice regarding annual sales and gross profit budget development with Management
Oversees forecasting and operational profit and loss (P&L) financial models
Provides overall direction for the Merchandise Finance

Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
3 years of supervisory experience OR 3 years experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
Bachelor s degree in Finance or related field and 6 years experience in finance or related field OR 10 years experience in finance or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
2 years experience delivering results in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
2 years strategic planning experience.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or related financial certification.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or related field.
