Senior Director - Brand - Credit Karma - San Francisco
Job description
Credit Karma is looking for a Sr. Director of Branding who will lead acquisition strategies and programs to grow Credit Karma brand awareness and user base through all offline marketing efforts. This person will report directly to the VP of Marketing & Communications and have visibility into Credit Karma’s strategic agenda.
What The Job Entails
Managing marketing campaigns across multiple offline channels that may include TV, radio, OOH, print, and promotions
Lead a team on marketing strategies, creative development, customer targeting, call center experience, copy approval, and budget management
Lead all PR and communications efforts
Vetting and testing new media opportunities
Assessment of potential media opportunities
Negotiation of pricing and terms
Launching new campaigns
Implementing tracking and proper campaign structure
Ad creative development/approval
Monitoring campaign performance and making appropriate adjustments
Optimization of campaigns
Ad testing
Targeting segmentation and optimization
Bid/pricing optimization
Campaign Analysis
Desired Skills and Experience
7+ years of relevant professional consumer focused marketing experience
Experience with overall marketing strategy, including budget allocation, opportunity assessment and prioritization
Proven leader that loves to motivate and inspire a team
Prefer to be hands-on and can multi-task with ease.
A desire to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
