The Global Account Director (AD), Premier Accounts, is responsible for growing the core renewal base and uncovering and developing net new opportunities within a portfolio of Forrester’s largest clients. The Global AD will report directly to the vice president of global accounts and is accountable for achieving North American and worldwide growth through renewals and specific growth targets within clients while maintaining a relationship with the key stakeholders within these accounts. This person will also be responsible for coordinating account strategy around the world in Europe and Asia and with the Forrester global partner organization.
Job Responsibilities:
• Generate incremental revenues from an existing client base by selling additional Forrester products and services, managing accounts, and selling activities intelligently.
• Maintain an appropriate incremental sales pipeline to achieve account enrichment goals and update/maintain Forrester's sales pipeline system.
• Forecast accurately.
• Maintain quality relationships to retain clients.
• Leverage existing relationships as references in order to develop and close opportunities in other parts of designated accounts.
• Use analytical skills to understand our clients’ changing business and technology issues and needs.
• Work strategically to develop and execute account plans that position Forrester as a strategic resource.
• Communicate professionally to both internal and external audiences.
