ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Corporate Processes and Standards
Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement
Creation and maintenance of software template files to assure standards.
Automate routines in BIM to support standards and productivity.
Developing and enforce BIM documentation and workflow process.

Understand and promote Clark Pacific’s PLM approach to projects and business internally and externally
Develop and maintain Clark Pacific’s BIM Execution Plan
Develop and manage BIM metrics that support corporate business objectives
Develop and Manage Modeling teams that:
Develop and coordinate BIMs for preconstruction and construction
Collaborate with design professionals to co-create, “clean up,” and perform quality assurance/quality control checks on BIMs
Work with project managers to optimize schedules through visual scheduling
Develop supplemental field documents for superintendents
Develop photorealistic renderings and walk-throughs directly from building models
Imagine, develop, and implement new BIM Uses; expand VDC scope of projects
Test and master new software
Conducts IFR and coordination/clash meetings
Conducts trade coordination meetings as scheduled and follow up on deliverables in a timely manner.
Coordinate with IT to support General Technical Items
Manage software products including but not limited to incorporating new version releases and customization of the product
Evaluate new BIM related software and technologies.
General installation and support of related BIM software.
Management of all related BIM personnel, projects, files, and models.
Report on the company’s current and projected strategies for the BIM implementation efforts.
Assess BIM employment needs per work load.
Manage BIM project benchmarks to meet project deadlines.
Troubleshoot any related BIM issues.
Liaison with project team.
Work with the design team and project subcontractors related to project-specific uses of the model or VDC processes.
Monitor information exchange between subcontractors
Occasionally manage third party modeling consultants
Understand the BIM scope of work for each Clark Pacific project.
