Director - Strategic Provider Partnerships - Inovalon - Washington
Job description
Leveraging Inovalon’s leadership position in providing advanced analytics and data-driven solutions in the healthcare industry, the Director of Strategic Provider Partnerships position will be a highly visible, instrumental leadership position with expanding provider and health system-facing solutions. This position will shape the vision and define the priorities for solutions that respond to the expansion of system-level managed care and risk-bearing, Pay for Performance and accountable care provider groups.
Working collaboratively with the Vice President of Product Innovation and the Chief Innovation Officer, Director of Strategic Provider Relationships will deliver on key corporate goals that evolve the provider-facing solutions to support Inovalon's continued drive for innovation, improving quality and efficiency for its provider partners and for the health care system as a whole.
Responsibilites:
Lead Inovalon’s development of provider group and health system innovative solutions leveraging & expanding upon Inovalon's analytic and measurement platform;
Evolve Inovalon's quality, efficiency, utilization, and other metrics in alignment with provider risk-bearing and a Pay for Performance environment;
Develop partnerships with provider groups and health systems that are seeking innovative analytic, measurement and engagement strategies;
Develop a market strategy that identifies health plan, state and federal-level provider / system performance-based opportunities including accountable care, Medicaid Waiver programs (Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Program (DSRIP), Bundled Payments, Primary Care Transformation/PCMH and other similar models that benefit from a strong data and analytics, measurement and provider/member engagement partner;
Partner with product and business development senior executives to define and develop product go-to-market strategies, business development approaches and product marketing strategy/plan;
Lead a diverse, cross-functional, organizational-wide team to meet goals and time-lines;
Work closely with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure effective buy-in and adoption of new products, services and capabilities;
Deliver program to internal and external stakeholder presentations, approve/develop product marketing materials, and represent Company at industry conferences through delivering industry-leading presentations;
Present product strategy and recurring performance metrics to internal executive leadership team, including Chief Executive Officer; and
Oversee a multi-year portfolio of product ideas and concepts through the innovation process from concept to launch; including overseeing concurrent client product implementations, coordinating and prioritizing competing priorities.
Desired Skills and Experience
Masters degree in health care or Technology related field (preferred) or equivalent experience;
At least six (6) years experience in working with provider groups and or provider networks in risk-bearing or P4P arrangements;
Strong proficiency in provider measurement including expertise in measurements of quality, utilization, cost/efficiency, access to care and patient engagement/satisfaction
8+ years managing a product line, department, and/or serving as a general manager with P&L responsibilities;
Excellent general management, technical and analytical skills and the ability to understand the Company’s products and process;
Professionally skilled in personal presentation, verbal, and written communication; and
Meticulous organizational and people development skills.
