Job description
Responsibilities
• Achieve or exceed individual revenue targets while maintaining long term partnerships with clients
• Consult with current and potential clients regarding their business issues and research objectives
• Lead client meetings and manage assigned client relationships to grow business
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and requirements
• Evaluate and propose new business opportunities
• Manage the preparation of client proposals, research designs, and project cost estimates
• Work with analytical team members to provide clear and actionable recommendations to clients based on data analyses and industry knowledge

Desired Skills and Experience
Education
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Research or related area

Qualifications
• 7-10 years of consultative selling experience in Consumer Package Goods, Retail or Market Research industry; a Masters Degree is substitutable for 2 years of experience
• Experience in client service, retention, growth and new business development

Skills
• In-depth understanding of market research, shopper marketing and category management principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and ability to multi-task
