Director - National Accounts - Home Improvement Leads - Austin

Position Summary:
The primary goal of this position is to support the company in achieving 50%+ growth in both topline revenue and net profit. The Director of National Accounts will manage a team of 10 -12 employees split into two teams, a sales and an account management team. The position reports directly to the VP of Sales and Account Management. Below are some of the responsibilies and required skill associated with the position.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction;
Provides an annual sales plan aligned with the company business plan and subsequent quarterly updates, revisions, and enhancements to the plan based on current conditions
Establishes selling and customer growth strategies for the National Account Channel
Recommends compensation programs for all sales and account management personnel including quota setting, salary structures, commission plans, and bonus plans
Manage sales and account management activities:
Develops selling processes and tactics necessary to achieve revenue and profit plans
Coordinates the specific objectives of the sales plan with other functional departments and stakeholders
Interface with customers as needed to maintain and grow business, as well as ensure customer satisfaction
Presents weekly KPI updates to the executive team
Promote employee development:
Develops employee recruitment plan and selection criteria with retention focused career pathing
Builds a high performance National Account team, ensuring they are prepared, engaged, contributing to our success and growing professionally.
