Director - Financial Planning & Analysis - PepsiCo - New York

Job description
The FP&A Director acts as the center point for PBC's Region and HQ Functional Teams. Support PBC's SVP GM of Field Ops and VP of Finance in all aspects of financial planning and performance management. Provide Senior Leadership with perspective on trends, risks/opportunities and contingency planning to drive actionable decision making.

Key Accountabilities:
Own consolidation and external reporting for total PBC US
Own relationship with Field (8 Regions) for all aspects of financial planning and performance management
Lead Strategic Business Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Period Forecast for Bottling
Lead Headquarter forecast development
Provides support to accounting Team on quarterly deliverables including MD&A, Impairment Review and Corporate requirements
Partner with IT on Planning Tools (WWPM)
Drive productive and innovative thought leadership on performance management enhancements


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related Field; MBA a plus
7+ years of related work experience; strong preference for PBC Bottling experience (Field or Functional - such as Revenue Management, CCO, Supply Chain)
Effective communication and presentation skills is a must (verbal, written and listening)
Strong leadership impact to influence key decisions and promote alignment with multiple teams
Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail without losing the 'big picture'
Ability to prioritize in order to address multiple business demands
Sense of urgency to complete assignments in a timely manner
Good people management skills to lead team of 4 people
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; good knowledge of various in-house software applications a plus (Horizon Sales, WWPM, etc)
