Director, Development Programs
Altisource is looking for a seasoned, enthusiastic, high energy leader for the role of Director, Development Programs to evolve and lead the Company’s management development strategy while bringing in new ideas and providing a fresh perspective to the existing ones. As Director, Development Programs you will be responsible for the growth, implementation and evolution of the Company’s Management Development Programs.
In this role, you will be provided with an exciting opportunity to build Altisource’s development strategy by working closely with business leaders and leading efforts to conceptualize and deliver new programs and further develop existing programs.

Responsibilities:
Lead leadership development initiatives on a global basis, including providing ongoing oversight for leadership learning and development programs, talent pipeline for emerging senior-level leaders
Partner with business leadership to identify high potential talent for program participation, and design/implement individual development interventions to complement core offerings
Create and deploy core leadership competency model(s). Partner with key HR leaders to integrate competencies across HR practice and programs
Lead the needs analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of structured leadership development courses and experiential learning opportunities to meet defined business needs
Develop and manage a high potential acceleration program to enhance the readiness of key talent identified through the succession planning process
Work closely with the HR leadership team to identify additional talent development opportunities and provide thought leadership and strategic direction in the areas of Individual Development Planning, Career Progression and Development and Capability Development
Key Result Areas:
Operational and strategic success of the Management Development Program and other talent development initiatives globally
Develop processes and tools for employee development and assessment, program metrics and reporting, leadership pipeline and individual development plans
Analyze the organizations’ leadership and talent requirements and formulate and implement human capital strategies to meet identified needs
Identify and assess high potential talent and define learning needs to enable their seamless and effective career progression
Development of a robust management and leadership team with global perspective and mobility
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
BA/BS required, advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in global Human Resources roles as well as a successful track record of designing and managing leadership and talent development programs
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate needs to be a successful, results focused and an energetic Human Resource Management Professional
Exceptional communication and leadership skills including strong interpersonal influence, teamwork and relationship building skills
Comfortable independently navigating and delivering HR programs in a highly dynamic, global environment
Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
Ability to delegate responsibility and manage direct and indirect employees’ performance
Excellent operational, analytical, and project management skills coupled with sound professional judgment
Proven strategic thinking capabilities and the creativity necessary to design and implement strategic HR programs
Focus on results and measurement of impact and effectiveness of all initiatives undertaken
