Job description
Leo Burnett is seeking an Account Director to lead a top client in a dynamic, continuously changing landscape. While the product/category is challenging, you'll be tasked to partner with the clients and internal team to bring to life an integrated campaign across TV, print, digital/social and mobile.
The client works in true partnership with the agency, demanding new ideas and providing deep resources. You'll be given the opportunity to pioneer participatory digital/social efforts with the budgets to do it right.
Candidates should have solid advertising and brand marketing leadership experience on exemplary brands, the knowledge, the ideas and the energy to create world-class work. Teamwork and collaboration are key to success in this position.

Desired Skills and Experience
8-12 years of brand marketing/advertising experience, with at least 4 years on the agency side.
Passion for continuously generating, pursuing and facilitating the production of innovative ideas for improving the clients and agency's strategic and competitive advantage.
Highly functional in collaborative cross-functional team leadership.
Understanding of how to marshall resources and lay the groundwork to develop and sell superlative creative product.
Demonstrate a strong management skill set by overseeing an AE and AAE; ensure there is continued mentoring and on the job training for the growth of the direct reports.
Candidates must be idea leaders. This person should be full of new ideas and have a willingness to lead the team in new or different directions.
Experience in digital advertising, social media or non-traditional marketing.
