VP - Business Development - Six Dimensions - New York
Job description
Six Dimensions is looking for a VP of Business Development-Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and South East. The role will be based in your home office or an office where we are located and will require up to 65% travel.
The responsibilities will include building and managing sales team and work with existing customers/potential clients to build successful relationships. Responsibilities will also include setting monthly targets and working with the sales team to achieve the same. Our clients currently include local, national and global clients. He/she will be responsible for identifying and developing prospective accounts and to create strategies to secure the same. Our company culture is innovative, creative and entrepreneurial. We are looking for a leader who will complement us by being independent, self-directed, having fire in the belly, a hunter– not a farmer, creative, and be able to think outside the box.
The ideal candidate must have significant experience building out and managing sales teams. The candidate needs to have extensive hands on experience in selling enterprise Managed Services, E-commerce, CMS, BI, Automated Marketing, ERP, and Cloud Solutions. In addition, you’ll need to have some background in staffing solutions to large accounts at a national/global level. This role will focus heavily on management of account reps and their pipeline development, and involves both inbound and outbound sales activities.

Desired Skills and Experience
*Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the staffing industry with reputed and large organizations.
*Extensive experience in hiring sales resources and building teams.
*Currently managing a team of at least 5-15 resources and generating over $15 Million annual revenue as a team goal. This is a mandatory requirement.
*Demonstrated ability to open new accounts generating in excess of 25 million dollars in sales revenue
*Must be able to manage to the numbers and understand P&L
*SME in the staffing industry
*Must have proven written proposals for enterprise level technology solutions.
*Have extensive network of clients and contacts in the industry-we are looking for proven relationships that can be leveraged for new business and creating teams
*Experience in business development/account management experience
*Team management experience selling to MSP’s/procurement teams in the staffing world and well versed with engagements with Fortune 500 clients involved
*MBA/Master’s degree preferred
*Must have strong leadership skills with a positive attitude
*Target driven
