NetBrain Technologies, a cutting edge and innovative network management software company is experiencing unprecedented growth. We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on and talented Senior Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. The Senior Director of Marketing will be responsible to execute NetBrain's marketing strategy for lead generation, product education and brand building. This is an exciting time to join a rapidly expanding, pre-IPO organization.



Responsibilites:

1. Develop, execute and manage NetBrain’s overall marketing strategy.

2. Develop, execute and manage the lead-generation program including email campaigns, webinars, Free Software downloads, trade shows, SEO/SEM, PR, etc.

3. Lead a team to manage and improve the Web site and community site.
Desired Skills and Experience

The Senior Director of Marketing needs to be creative, resourceful and self-driven. Working knowledge of enterprise IT and the software industry is a plus. Minimum requirements include:

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. 7+ years marketing experience

3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and B2B marketing

4. Proven ability to market software or high tech products
