Job description
For our growing team in the US we are currently looking for a skilled professional who will be responsible for researching and developing marketing plans and opportunities and responsible for implementing sales plans for our SMB market.



Responsibilities:
Fully in charge of corporate marketing strategy and branding
Developing corporate programs
Helping to define the corporate product marketing strategy
Delivering and maintaining campaigns, developing monetization tactics
Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses
Managing marketing funds for SMB
Managing internal and external communications
Leveraging social media and communities for SMB
Working cross-functionally to get the desired support from engineering, support, finance, etc.
In charge of marketing forecasting and preparing annual budget
Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs
Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:
At least 7+ hands on experience in a similar position
Marketing field experience, SMB market experience is needed
Experience in marketing communications and executing strategies
Good understanding of market challenges and understanding of competitors strengths and weaknesses
Understanding of online marketing
Ability to work in matrix organization
A good team player
Ability to take full responsibility for results
Customer oriented approach
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail a must
Fluent English
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a global distributed team
