Job description
We have a simple structure that has been specifically created to promote integration and digital fluency. All of the Havas Media teams are supported by specialist units that span digital, data, mobile, content marketing, sports and experiential. These include Mobext (our mobile specialists), Socialyse (our social media specialist unit), Artemis (the group's global data management system) and Affiperf (Havas’s global Trading desk). Due to our simpler brand hierarchy, management team and scale, Havas is the only major communications network that is agile enough to offer our clients the option of integrated service to this level.

The Collective is a combination of a core group dedicated to strategy, innovative thinking and connections planning. As we grow, we will continue to fill this team with diverse skills – experts in media, social, mobile, technology, behaviors, psychology, innovation and creativity.
The goal of The Collective is clear: provide clients and internal partners with insight, inspiration, clarity and creativity to build meaningful connections through media. This team will help challenge, shape and inspire new thinking for clients. Too often we think about media as merely a commodity we can buy so our planning process is geared towards new ways to spend.
But media means many things and comes in many guises – this team aims to make sure that Havas Media offers its clients creativity, content and connectivity however we find the opportunity.
Desired Skills and Experience
CORE ROLE
A leader of ‘The Collective,’ providing clients and internal partners with insight, inspiration, clarity and creativity to build meaningful connections through media
Uses qualitative and quantitative communications channel research to develop insights into the consumer connection with the brand and applies insights to build a clear strategic way forward
Develops media strategies for clients that drive innovation and integration
Maps the end-to-end customer experience and identifies key roles for media
Collaborates with creative agencies, media planning and activation partners to develop ideas aligned to the strategy
Partners with analytics, research and technology teams to develop POVs on research and measurement solutions for clients
Partners with Cake (Havas Media’s content and creative solutions unit) as well as other Havas teams to ensure media strategy covers paid, earned, shared and owned media journey
Sells strategy and communications program ideas to clients
Builds strong consultative relationships with clients as an integrated marketing communications advisor
