Responsibilities
As leader of a retailer vertical Analytics team, the Director, Advertiser Analytics will manage a team of sales analysts in support of our sales to Retailers. The Director, Advertiser Analytics will work closely with the VP of Analytics, all levels of Sales, Account Management, and Business Intelligence and IT Operations Teams. The Business Development Director will educate partners and advertisers about Cardlytics’ solutions.

Manage a team of 2+ people in support of sales
Create team objectives, with key performance metrics and timeline for delivery
Provide technical (SQL/SAS/etc.) and data table/metric knowledge support
Work with sales VP to ensure that project queue is being kept current and prioritized to meet delivery expectations
Develop and ensure that analytical methodologies and data are sound
Lead the automation of analytics for efficient internal execution and transition to BI team, as appropriate
Interact with peers and leadership across the organization to secure support for required data needs
Produce analytical models with the goal of developing products for both internal and external audiences
Participate on sales calls as necessary to present analytical capabilities, insights and campaign results

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelors in Statistics or relevant quantitative field (i.e. Mathematics, Engineering), Masters or higher preferred.
6+ years in one or more of following areas: Financial Services Analysis, Marketing Analysis, Data Mining, Household Panel Data
Experience with test versus control analysis
Segmentation analysis and customer profiling
Understanding of predictive statistical models
Proficient in the use of SAS or other leading statistical software
Skilled in the use of SQL or other related software
Knowledge of advanced statistical modeling techniques (regression, decision trees, neural networks, etc.)
Skilled in statistical testing techniques (ANOVA, ANCOVA, T-Test, etc)
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Experience in analyzing data within the Grocery and/or Retail vertical
