Reporting to the Vice President, Global Marketing, this candidate will lead a team of marketers in translating our Buyer Platform (DSP) offerings into sales & marketing touch points. The Director is responsible for positioning, messaging, and execution of materials that will drive adoption of our platform and grow revenue. The team collaborates closely with Sales leadership and Product Marketing, developing a suite of strategies and materials that showcase our Buyer Platform to brands, agencies, and trading desks.

• Lead a team that translates our Buyer Platform offering into sales and impactful marketing touch points (direct mail, email marketing, content marketing, event activations).
• Manage the creation and development of external materials and tools for sales enablement (one-sheets, decks, slides, emails, custom-branded items/messaging, postcards, outreaches, mailers, event collateral, videos)
• Drive the go-to-market process for platform releases, partnering with Product Marketing and Product teams
• Partner with Sales leadership to create presentations for big-opportunity partnerships, offerings, meetings, and presentations
• Develop multi-channel marketing programs for specific products and offerings
• Roll out big programs internally to stakeholders/employees

• 10+ years’ experience in B2B advertising/tech marketing, digital advertising, agency, or tech companies
• 3+ years’ management experience
• Strong understanding of advertising industry, ad tech, and programmatic advertising
• Relevant platform tech/SaaS marketing experience
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills; ability to clearly communicate expectations/feedback to our creative team
• Ability to work across departments -- at all levels -- to influence and gather resources to support strategy and prioritize workload
• Superb prioritization and time management skills. Must be adept at to leading and working on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and manage expectations of all stakeholders.
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work as a team player
• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools, some Sales experience
