Entitlement Strategy is a new function within the Offer Monetization Office. The OMO is a high performing team that works across Cisco to drive high-impact business programs that are highly transformational and require changes in business processes and policies across engineering, sales, finance, and, operations. In order to deliver scalable strategies to monetize our offers and deliver the needed commercial capabilities.

● Accountable for vision and strategy for entitlements at Cisco
● Work cross-functionally and with internal stake holders, customers, and partners to define and implement an entitlement strategy that enables Cisco to monetize its hardware, services, and software assets.
● Drive new and recurring revenue with entitlement strategies
● Design an entitlement strategy that is integrated in licensing implementation across the various Business units
● Set strategic vision and priority within the Cisco Transformation Portfolio for the operational enablement of entitlement management
Minimum Qualifications
● Minimum 10 years' experience with Licensing & Entitlement Strategy work
● Experienced in interpreting licensing terms and Lifecycle Management
● 10+ Years business experience, preferably in a large enterprise environment
● Ability to interact and communicate successfully with cross-functional business partners, and influence and deliver tangible business outcomes
● Personality that engages peers and promotes collaborative teamwork
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Industry thought leadership

● Experience with license management, license rights
● Experience with licensing systems, keys, and entitlement
● Licensing entitlement
● MBA preferred
