Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc. seeks a Director, TV Marketing for the TV department. This position is responsible for developing and implementing digital and physical catalog products and promotional programs that align with overall strategies for the entire Family & Animation and Partner Brands team. This individual will be responsible for developing/maintaining the catalog lifecycle and pricing strategy for all digital and physical product, inclusive of 3rd party partner content. This individual will also be responsible for developing any elements required by national programs (POP, packaging, content, advertising). Additionally, this individual will be overseeing the extremely important third party relationships (Viz, WWE, Sesame Street, Peanuts, and Cartoon Network).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Trade Marketing to develop the structure, timing, title listing, discounts and requirements for all digital and physical programs and promotions for the Family & Animation and Partner Brands team. Prepare pricing rationale and analysis.

Oversee all aspects of annual seasonal programs to maximize catalog and new release sales (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Back to School, Halloween, Christmas, and Black Friday) and partner with Trade Marketing to evaluate results

Responsible for developing any elements required by these national programs (POP, packaging, content, advertising).

Manage the marketing strategies for all third party distribution relationships and oversee the Manager who handles the day to day relationship management

Create and manage all physical and digital catalog product offerings and lifecycle including the development of exclusive content bundles, and planning and execution of reprices. Manage new to format/multi-feature releases for both physical and digital exploitation. Partner with Trade Marketing on all TPR programs and alignment with 3rd parties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
BS or BA degree, business related field preferred.

MBA preferred but not required.

5+ years marketing experience in Entertainment and/or Consumer Packaged Goods.

Experience in home entertainment digital marketing preferred.

Strong analytic skills and proven strategic capabilities.
