BHI Energy is currently accepting resumes for a Director of Operations - Valves opening in our Piedmont, SC location.

The Director of Operations - Valves primary function is ensuring that BHI Energy provides stakeholder management of assigned clients (Nuclear and Non- Nuclear) for safe and effective maintenance including but not limited to valve services and IC maintenance. Other functions and responsibilities that can be expected from this position include but are not limited to:

Responsible for building and maintaining positive relations with client executive management - ensuring client needs are met including project milestones, performance and production along with fiscal responsibilities.

Ensure business unit goals are met including performance metrics, budget forecasts and business growth.

Ensure successful project planning and readiness and safe quality implementation of assigned scope of work.

Remain visible, available and approachable to BHI Energy employees supporting assigned operational area.

Support and foster a safety conscious work environment where all employees understand reporting options and opportunities for safety and work related concerns.

Oversight of operations within the assigned area inclusive of project and assignments, training and safety.

Conducting periodic reviews of procedures, protocols and processes in an effort to identify improvement opportunities within the operation that will benefit BHI Energy and our client.

Desired Skills and Experience
10 years business degree (preferred)
Power Plant Knowlegde (Nuclear SRO preferred)
Maintenance Management Experience
