Job description
Participate in long-range planning and development of key corporate and business development and growth initiatives
Serve as an integral strategy team member to identify, propose, negotiate, and implement strategic partnerships and corporate acquisition opportunities
Manage the development of the operating budget and financial model for acquisitions and business development initiatives – partner with finance to ensure seamless transition to forecast
Help drive execution of strategy throughout the organization
Work with executive management team to assess industry trends, key developments and competitive landscape
Manage deal process that will involve numerous players and stakeholders, collecting relevant information to make timely decisions and keep the deal process moving
Participate in and manage certain aspects of integrations.
Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience
Six to eight years in high-profile consulting/finance/banking position
BA/BS degree is required.
MBA or JD is preferred
Collaborative management style and excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
Experience a metrics-driven environment
Super motivated, passionate and a hands-on team leader.
Extraordinary people’s skills, persuasive personal presence and presentation.
Strong organizational, analytical, operational and financial skills.
Strong international orientation with the ability to relate well to the European and American cultures
Good knowledge of consumer software and/or information security
