Director - Product Marketing - Radius - San Francisco
Job description
Radius is a fast-growing, venture-backed startup in the heart of San Francisco. We're developing breakthrough technologies that make it easier for all companies – large and small, established and pioneering – to understand and do business with each other.
Your role as the Director of Product Marketing is to evangelize and drive adoption of the Radius product. As a leader of the product marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and communicating a deep understanding of Radius through messaging and materials.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the product marketing team
Develop strategies to communicate the value of Radius and drive product and feature adoption within the marketplace
Translate technical product features into clearly articulated customer benefits designed to communicate with existing and potential customers, including product/feature overviews, presentations, and research/case studies
Collaborate with internal teams to develop product brand architecture and consistency
Conduct industry and competitive intelligence to analyze customer segments, trends, competitive product offerings
Required Skills & Abilities:
In depth understanding of the B2B marketing industry
Familiarity with recent advances in big-data technologies
Superior project management and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior executive leadership
Proven track record of achieving results/goals and delivering projects on time
Superior writing and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic environment
Self-motivated, able to work independently, strong project management skills
Education/Experience:
BA/BS degree (advanced degree a plus)
Minimum of 5-8 years working in a product marketing capacity within enterprise software
