VP - Analytics - IMM - Denver


Job description
Wholly own and continue to build IMM’s Data, Reporting & Analytics (DRA) discipline and in-house practice.
Work with and develop successful relationships based upon trust and value-creation with senior executives within key clients in order to create long-term, sustainable relationships
Drive organic and new business growth for the DRA practice area
Serve as the SME for DRA data, tools and processes to ensure that we maximize strategy
Marshal change to align with vision of the department and organization
Manage a multi shore team of DRA professionals in delivering excellence
Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries
Design and develop training for DRA team members on and ongoing basis
Write and publish – articles, POVs, whitepapers, etc… related to DRA
Present and speak at conferences and events – local, national and international
Design, develop and deliver actual reports to internal and external clients

Desired Skills and Experience
8+ years prior relevant digital and traditional data, reporting and analytics experience required
Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or applied sciences.
A diverse mix of data management and analytic vertical experience
Advanced skills in analytic software tools including SAS, R, SPSS, Tableau
Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and approaches that are often used in marketing mix modeling, pricing and promotion, brand equity analysis and forecasting.
Strong dash boarding and visualization experience
3+ years of managing multi-shore resources
Demonstrated ability to apply cutting edge analytics techniques to business problems
Ability to translate data into insights that understands customer needs and behavioral drivers.
Must be highly versed in analytic methodologies.
Must have a good understanding of statistical modeling, segmentation, value analysis
Reporting for Web site, online advertising, social media, mobile, e-mail campaigns and e-commerce
Strong knowledge of strategic marketing, media, social, web site analysis, audience targeting tools and vendors, including both quantitative tracking and research methodologies
Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have a track record of implementing operational excellence (process efficiencies, effective tools and technologies) in an analytics function.
Quick learner of new technologies and business functions
Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities.
Ability to establish credibility and be decisive – but able to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities
Expert knowledge of analytic solutions platforms, software, partners, and emerging trends.
Detail oriented and able to successfully handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
