Vice President - Managed Account Client Experience - Fidelity Investments - Providence


Job description
Advisory Solutions delivers managed account products and financial guidance tools and strategy to the investor marketplace. Portfolio Advisory Services (PAS) is the managed account product under the Advisory Solutions umbrella.

The Vice President of Managed Account Client Experience will oversee a team of marketing professionals responsible for the collateral and service communications supporting Fidelity’s Managed Account Offering. The Vice President will also oversee the development of new collateral and communications in support of new products being added to Fidelity’s Managed Account offering. The Vice President must ensure the Managed Account clients receive all the necessary communications deemed necessary to meet all Legal, Risk and Compliance business needs as well as handle all ongoing marketing support for existing materials and web content. The Vice President is also responsible for overseeing the budget for all managed account communications. This position requires strong collaboration with partners across the organization, including Marketing, Product Development and Management, Legal, Risk and Compliance for both Personal Investing and Strategic Advisers Inc, Distribution, Integrated Marketing, Segment Marketing, Client Management and Business line management within Strategic Advisers, Inc.

This position requires an experienced communications professional with a deep understanding of investment products, managed accounts, program management, marketing and communications.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage a team of marketing professionals charged with the responsibility of ensuring all marketing and communications in support of the Managed Account Offering is current, compliant, client friendly and compelling.
Oversee the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing marketing materials, client communications and web content in support of all of Fidelity’s Managed Accounts
Oversee the development of all new communications and collateral in support of new products and offerings within Fidelity’s Managed Account Offering
Work closely with partners in Legal, Risk and Compliance to ensure all communications are current and compliant and that managed account clients are receiving all communications necessary to meet our fiduciary and legal requirements.
Ensure promotional materials as well as legal documents are updated, compliant and client friendly
Manage multimillion dollar marketing budget and ensure we meet business needs within desired spend
Manage own product line of communications and web content – ensure they are updated, compliant and client friendly.
Must be able to meet communication needs on a rapid response basis when necessary
Ensure materials are made available to clients and reps via multiple media channels

Desired Skills and Experience
Education and Experience:
BS and a minimum of 12-15 years of financial services communications experience, or MBA with 8-10 years total financial services marketing communications experience.
Management experience of at least 4 – 6 years
Managed account marketing experience is preferred
