Director of Financial Reporting role with a rapidly-growing privately-held real estate company
Oversee the external financial reporting functions in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS. This role will report to the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, and will also have significant interaction with the members of the senior accounting and finance teams. Areas of responsibility include:
External Financial Reporting and Disclosure:
Corporate Accounting
Policies and Controls

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required. Master’s degree a plus.
CPA required.
Experience preparing or reviewing US GAAP financial statements required.
IFRS experience a plus.
Knowledge of SEC rules and regulations required.
Yardi experience a plus.
