Position Overview
Within the Hotel Services division, this position is responsible for assisting internal and external customers in creating and delivering a PSAV Experience for each client. Serving as the technical expert on an event, this person is responsible to ensure the financial and technical feasibility within appropriate time constraints.

Key Job Responsibilities (Weight %)

Technical & Financial Support (30%)
Provide technical support as needed on all PSAV Hotel events within assigned hotel(s) and maintain profitability for events in conjunction with all parties involved. Communicate changes and recommendations to internal and external customers in a timely manner.

Crew Coordination (30%)
Coordinate staffing for events including operators and any possible freelancers. Assist in daily workflow preparation with other team members, especially the DET.

Client Contact (20%)
Determine the specific use of the equipment sold for assigned project. Confirm that the equipment and technical positions will meet the client's needs. Determine workflow for each event and communicate any next steps to the client and/or internal contacts. Assisting sales professionals and DETs with proposals, site visits/surveys & make recommendations as requested.

Equipment Ordering/Acquisition (20%)
Enter equipment order into inventory tracking system and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other Project Managers as needed. Determine specific equipment requests and handle any logistics for shipping or other transportation means. Arrange for any sub-rentals that might be required.

Required Skills
Minimum of a High School diploma, 2 or 4 year technical degree preferred
Minimum 3 years audiovisual and 1 year hospitality experience
Supervisory ability of staff members
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage and organize time and projects successfully
