Field Partnership Director - UBS - New York
Job description
• Partner with WMA Field to drive client acquisition for the Wealth Advice Center
• Develop strategy & implementation plans for household acquisition
• Responsible for achieving account acquisition targets
Key Responsibilities include: partnering with the WMA field to drive client acquisition into the Wealth Advice Center (WAC), communicate the WAC strategy of helping FAs free up time to focus on U/HNW clients, provide ongoing support to field partners, train managers and conduct book reviews with FAs to identify HH migration opportunities
Responsibilities:
Field Engagement
• Integrated support of field partnership efforts
o Regional, Complex and Branch office meeting support
o Field inquiry and issue resolution
o Coordination with related field specialist groups (for example pricing team)
Strategic Planning
• Support development of strategic plans and execution strategies
o Regional and Complex engagement plans
o Opportunity analysis and goal setting
o Execution planning linked to field migrations and referralsBusiness Analysis
• Deepen understanding of client acquisition opportunities for use in targeting
• Trend analysis to enable in execution planning
• Development and distribution of opportunity target lists
Initiative Management
• Management of specific tactical initiatives including but not limited to field reporting and migration tools tech development
Desired Skills and Experience
Key Competencies and Experiences:
• Proven experience within Wealth Management industry, working with financial advisors and field leadership •
Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and tactical project execution
• Undergraduate degree in business, equivalent experience required
• 5 years of experience in Financial Services industry
