Position Summary:
ASI is seeking a senior sales professional and member of the ASI management team to develop a strategy to drive sales volume of ASI’s cutting edge technology solutions through the Enterprise sales channels. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success developing and implementing a sales strategy as an individual contributor and a sales manager in financial technology. Direct report to the President & COO of ASI.
Responsibilities:
· Spearheading business development activities that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy, create a sales strategy for distributing goal-driven investment solutions, and rebalancing and proposal software solutions, through the Enterprise Channel (broker-dealers, banks, asset managers, platforms, insurance companies)
· Manage multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment; call on and build relationships with Enterprises nationally
· Create revenue generation and strategic partnerships; deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects and influence decision makers at all levels of the organization
· Manage complex contract negotiations and work with legal counsel as required.
· Win early customers with limited support
· Management reporting, including reflection of activity in ASI’s CRM applications.
· Be the driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the sales and business development group; through personal example, establish the style and approach which will characterize the company’s dealing with the market place.

Qualifications:
Requires a senior business development executive who can identify potential deals and develop the tactics and teams needed to bring them to fruition. This executive will need to actively lead the business development function in an effective, aggressive manager.
10-years plus of business development, marketing, and/or sales experience.
Strong desire and ability to identify prospects, generate a qualified pipeline, cultivate and manage sales opportunities, and sell ASI solutions to Enterprises.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships
A solid understanding of Company’s market: products, players, technologies and a rolodex of contacts in related markets; strong domain expertise of the financial services industry
Intelligent, motivated, competitive, strong communication skills, strong closing skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities
Employ creative approaches to succeed and problem-solve.
BA/BS degree in Business or Marketing
MBA or CFA preferred
