This position is for a Sr. Human Resources Manager/Leader for the Redmond Site. The Sr. HR Manager will lead HR strategy and execution for the site teams. This position serves as the primary HR focal for site based HR initiatives and activities for the entire Redmond facility which houses approximately 750 employees, including Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering and Technology, Customer Product Support, IT, Finance, and other functions.

Focus areas of the Site Senior Human Resources Manager/Leader position include:

Liaise with Redmond Leadership teams to ensure connectivity, consistent communication and seamless execution of Aerospace wide initiatives.
Continuous process improvement of HR practices utilizing six sigma methodologies.
Drive the coordination and completion of the Spring and Fall Management Resource Review (MRR) and associated Talent Calibration activities.
Honeywell Operating System (HOS) Leadership - drive change leadership and organizational development action plans for HOS and globalization activities.
Provides a broad range of HR support actions for achieving business objectives to include talent management, organization effectiveness (change management, leader effectiveness, organization design), and employee engagement
Partner with the Centers of Excellence and HRS organization to design and implement program strategies to support the long-term business goals and objectives
Lead Human Resource core processes: performance management, change management, succession planning, salary planning, and incentive compensation for these functions.
Proactively support HR functional transformation initiative. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and the HRS organization to successfully transform the HR service delivery model while enhancing effectiveness and reducing cost.
Deliver compensation, organizational design and strategies for workforce planning, deployment, and retention to address the current and future needs of the business while ensuring a diverse workforce.
As a member of the ISC HR Team, provide full service HR support and drive a culture that supports Honeywell's 5 Initiatives and 12 Behaviors.
Position will have a direct staff one Sr. HR generalist

Desired Skills and Experience

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
6 years of HR Generalist experience
Due to Export Control Regulations, US citizenship or US Lawful Permanent Resident Status is required

Additional Qualifications:

Master's degree preferred, with a concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development or training.
2 years of HR related management experience leading a team of direct reports
Experience within a matrixed environment.
Demonstrated ability to understand and promote the linkage between business and operational priorities and human resources activities
Demonstrated analytical skills
Strong bias for action and keen sense of urgency
Demonstrated ability to positively influence others
Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Demonstrated usage of change management techniques in a business setting
Strong organizational re-design capabilities
Prior experience in hourly workforce management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
