Executive Creative Director

Salesforce.com is looking for an exceptional creative director to help lead our growing internal agency and expand the scope of work across our global network with outside agencies, partners and vendors. This is a senior role for a unique, inspiring leader that has the experience, ability and drive to manage multiple projects and creative teams and work seamlessly with cross-functional leaders across the company. This role requires a strong background in design, understanding of all things digital, and a passion for great storytelling. This creative leader will work closely with executive management to develop the strategic and creative direction of the Salesforce brand across all marketing channels. The Executive Creative Director reports directly to the Chief Creative Officer.

Requirements

· BA or BFA in Advertising/Creative/Design/Film.
· World-class creative portfolio of work.
· Outstanding presentation skills and proven ability to produce and pitch world-class strategic presentations to all levels of an organization.
· 15+ years experience in art direction and design in a creative agency or client-side group. 5-7+ years experience leading and managing a creative agency or large creative group. Global experience a plus.
· 10+ years of industry or related creative process experience combining strategy, content, and message with creative deliverables.
· 10+ years experience in creative work with a rich portfolio including digital, print, interactive, website/mobile design and video.
· Hands on expertise in developing creative solutions and campaigns across all mediums: advertising, film, websites , mobile and graphic design, Corporate ID, interactive, social campaigns, content marketing and events .
· The ability to travel frequently.
