Job description
Primary Objectives
Oversee and execute the implementation of digital strategies, including SEO and SEM. Candidate should have an understanding of back-end and front-end web development and Content Management Systems (CMS) to lead developers.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute online marketing direction spanning website projects, content generation, SEO, SEM, and social media.
Create innovative multimedia recommendations that integrate proof of performance strategies, indicating engagement and interaction between the client message and target audience.
Manage online marketing projects from beginning to end with excellent communication and project management skills.
Stay abreast of online marketing trends and new technologies; proactively provide innovative ideas for online marketing solutions in support of objectives and initiatives.
Measure and report on online marketing impact.
Forge, establish, and manage vendor relationships.
Provide thought leadership and direction on a mobile strategy.
Optimize web content based on conversion metrics.
Provide strategic and tactical oversight of marketing strategies for, ECU’s clients, prospective clients, and ECU corporate.
Conduct market research as needed by determining the needs of ECU’s clients, and oversee implementation of survey instruments as needed.
Develop communication plans, timelines, identify the target audience, manage budgets, production, distribution, and tracking results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree +7 years of relevant experience.
Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate marketing activities for a wide range of clients.
Exceptional organization skills with the ability to complete projects and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to conceive, plan, implement, and monitor long- and short-term projects from conception through completion.
Capable of prioritizing work assignments, as well as monitoring multiple projects.
Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines.
Management/supervisory experience. Experienced and adept at people management, including hiring, developing, coaching and retention.
Excellent budget, financial and marketing mathematics skills.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills as well as creative management experience.
MSWord, spreadsheet, and database application proficiency.
Outstanding presentation, writing and oral communication skills with a focus on details and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and well with a diverse group of people throughout the organization.
