Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Account Relations and Portfolio Management, is responsible for the strategic management of key publisher relationships and the strategic leadership for two portfolios of publisher products for a specific SCEA hardware platform and the communication of these initiatives on a world wide basis with other TPR groups within SCEA.. Responsible for the management of Account Relations Managers, and internal resources to best support the initiatives of licensed Third Party accounts, including the development and cultivation of close client and colleague working relationships with publishers and within SCEA.
Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
* Leads a virtual portfolio team comprised of members from associated departments - developer support, TPR operations, sales, marketing, PR, QA, legal, product evaluators, product mix
* Communicates TPR initiatives on a world wide basis with regional TPR groups
* Manages financial analysis to reach sales targets for platform and to oversee genres analysis, i.e. sales and forecasting, financial impact of marketing and sales support, etc…
* Communication and publisher support of SCEA platform technology initiatives
* Sales support - bundles, greatest hits and Gross Volume Discount programs
* Communicate key components of program to internal SCEA departments including sales, marketing, pd, PR, QA and legal
* Identification of platform driver titles
* Manage platform marketing calendar and sales programs
* Manage flow of information regarding technical innovations
* Communicate platform initiatives to publishers with professional powerpoint presentations
* Approve/disapprove publishing decision on platform based on business parameters, in addition to game scoring criteria
* Lead a team of Account Managers ensuring that publisher's product, product release and sales& marketing implementation schedules are on target and met according to contractual agreements
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Attention to detail, timely follow-up and strong organizational skills
* Involved in multiple projects as a team member.
* Financial and Cost Analysis
* At least 6 years experience with in relationship management
* At least 3 years in project implementation
* At least 3 years in cost analysis of product P & Ls
* Proven experience providing direct customer support including problem analysis, issue tracking, escalation and resolution
* Proven experience in Program/Project Management
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Communication or other related field or equivalent work experience desired
