Job Title: Director Business Development, Manufacturing - Req #11000001DH
Location: Lake Oswego, OR
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership in the planning, analysis, design, and implementation of strategic business objectives in order to achieve business opportunities, growth, and financial profitability
• Evaluate and manage new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures
• Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and maintaining business relationships
• Drive merger and acquisition process to closure, ensuring successful integration with Autodesk business and culture
• Interface with various internal functional groups, project teams and other stakeholders to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to program success
• Provide VP Staff operational support for strategic planning and business update processes
Requirements:
• 15 years of business leadership experience driving profitable growth strategies
• Functional experience in strategic planning, consulting, investment banking, finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, or software business development
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders, and drive decisions to closure; adept at moving executive and senior management to action
• Qualitative and quantitative analytical/financial analysis abilities, good judgment, and excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, business savvy, and ability to build strong relationships
• Excellent facilitation, negotiation and consensus building skills
• Previous experience in high-tech software company preferred
• MBA, or equivalent level business experience, preferred
