Responsibilities:
•Analyze new and existing technology and perform functionality gap analysis
•Coordinate configuration management, production support/issue resolution, and ad hoc reporting
•Administer new Onboarding System that is integrated with the Applicant Tracking Systems and Peoplesoft. monitor bi-directional interfaces from our internal systems that contain candidate offer letter information
•Assist with the re-engineering and the development of processes and workflows as well as the automation of manual process for various functional groups within the HRSC; become familiar with processes throughout the Human Resources Service Center (HRSC)
•Facilitate meetings to gather and document requirements for technology projects; meet regularly with customers\vendors to discuss issues, brainstorm, and provide status updates
•Work closely with the Manager of Human Resources Technology to develop, help enhance, and enforce the HRSC project methodology
•Harvest information from project documents and systems and use that information to build and grow a knowledge base to be used for continuous process improvement and enhanced quality on future projects
•Work with various HR process owners to develop and/or redesign business processes with the goal of streamlining HR processes and helping to minimizing risk and improve quality
•Write test case scenarios and drive coordination efforts. Assist with user acceptance testing and quality initiatives as needed
•Design and deliver necessary training, with assistance and guidance, and monitor subsequent activities to help ensure quality
Qualifications:
•BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience in a related field
•Demonstrated ability to use a variety of query, reporting, spreadsheet, and database tools effectively to produce routine and complex outputs for users SQL and relational database experience preferred Proficiency using pivot tables
•Strong attention to detail, excellent problem solving capabilities, multi-tasking skills and initiative
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio, and Outlook
•Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
•Detailed understanding of HR policies and practices as they relate to HR related systems. Ability to manage confidential information and apply the appropriate judgment and discretion
