We are looking for a data-driven Manager of People Operations & Strategy to lead our amazing group of people.
Responsibilities include:
People Operations
Direct people operations to accelerate revenue growth and achieve budgeted results across 300-person global team with operations in San Francisco, Ukraine, India & the Philippines.
Actively advocate a performance-driven culture with strong support structures, events and programs to foster innovation and collaboration.
Recruit and manage talent in San Francisco.
Strategic Planning
Lead, organize & facilitate the planning of our long-range strategy based on broad organization goals and objectives
Manage, cascade, communicate and ensure alignment of the long range strategy throughout company and to all individuals.
Improve upon our “lean start-up” performance based culture of constant experimentation and learning
Qualifications/Experience
10+ years of senior management experience. Entrepreneurial, High-growth, global, B2C marketplace skills preferred.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
Ability and desire to flex from big picture strategic thinking to hands-on execution.
Identify new opportunities, foresee upcoming challenges and proactively address.
A sense of inquisitiveness and intellectual curiosity; ability to listen and learn from others.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization
An innovator with experience leveraging technology to measure and improve user satisfaction and efficiency of a business.
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with the inherent ability to lead, coach and mentor.
