KMBS is currently seeking a Region Planning Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Region Management in identifying market/competitive trends and dynamics to develop go-to market strategies and defining the capacity and capabilities required to execute the key business strategies.
Assist in the implementation and deployment of Region go-to market strategies.
Provide market specific requirements as an input to long range planning.
Assist in the definition of a viable account assignment by vertical account for each targeted rep position (NAE, SAE & MAE).
Provide recommendations for Sales Structure for each branch and each vertical account assignment.
Track growth progress (unit & revenue) for each vertical market by branch.
Develop reference material for existing accounts by vertical market. Identify the benefits to the Konica Minolta solution and how these benefits improved the workflow for the specific vertical account.
Create and maintain reference library for the sales force.
Identify market specific processes and best practices (current and future).
Provide expert systems knowledge input into projects related to the process improvements in support of CRM, Siebel and Exceed Programs.
Ensure key region managers and sales employees are effectively trained on the use of the CRM and Siebel applications.
Assist Region Management in developing and implementing recruiting market strategies.
Oversee the training, implementation and data integrity of the Exceed Program within the Region.
Develop and deliver progress reports to the region management on market strategy, territory alignment, account assignments, training, recruiting, CRM and Exceed.
Provide project support to the Region to ensure adequate structure, discipline and accountability.
