Enterprise Sales Director Healthcare Caspio Santa Clara

Caspio is looking for an Enterprise Sales Director to strategically target, engage, close, and expand new business relationships and revenue streams within key growth markets and verticals, specifically Healthcare.

This position will focus on prospecting and demonstrating value with key decision makers, influencers, and stakeholders to successfully close Corporate and Enterprise level solutions, including our HIPAA, Compliance, and Dedicated plans. This role will manage all stages of the sales pipeline, with vertical specific acumen and will be a key contributor in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities
Prospect and research leads to identify key decision makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
Understand and effectively communicate our value proposition for the Corporate and Enterprise market including features, customizations/add-ons, pricing, and support services to propose appropriate packages and solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with strategic prospects as a trusted advisor through phone, email, and meetings (online and in person) to understand business objectives and requirements.
Develop subject matter expertise and empirical insight of Healthcare vertical to network and engage in meaningful and industry specific conversations and discussions.
Deliver formal company and product presentations to high value stakeholders to demonstrate the strategic value of our platform including security, scalability, and efficiency when compared to traditional custom software and application development.
Facilitate specialized product demonstrations between prospects and Sales Engineers.
Close large deals consistently to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas, key performance indicators, and other departmental objectives.
Route SMB and Professional Services opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure.
Monitor overall customer experience to ensure operational delivery from prospecting to close.
Track and manage leads, pipeline, opportunities, and all customer interactions on the CRM.
Define and execute strategic sales and account growth plans, provide input and guidance for marketing campaigns, and act as a bridge between cross-functional teams and customers.
Keep current on changes and developments within our industry and product to share vertical specific feedback and propose appropriate selling strategies with the team.
Contribute to improvements in departmental processes and best practices.
Qualifications

Education:
BA/BS Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in an Enterprise or Industry-focused sales role, with at least 2+ years of consultative sales or B2B solutions sales
Proven experience selling into healthcare or medical.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Results-oriented with a proven track record of prospecting, qualifying, and closing large, strategic deals and attaining quotas habitually.
Understanding of business / database applications, application development, and Professional Services.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, procedures, and tools within cloud computing and web development.
Working knowledge of databases, database design, and website design.
Skilled in articulating value proposition and creating value with key stakeholders and target audiences.
Persuasive and professional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to anticipate, prioritize, assess, negotiate, and meet the needs of internal and external customers.
Ability to extract and understand business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Team player with a positive and professional attitude and a high degree of responsiveness and integrity.
Technically savvy and well-versed with CRM, GoToMeeting, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and other sales productivity tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
