Duo Design System Program Director for W&CP will guide the integration of the new Duo Design System into the digital product user experience in a consistent and strategic way. While rooted in the product organization, this leader will also be responsible for ensuring consistency of design across all touchpoints of the Watson brand, which will require close contact and coordination with the Watson and IBM corporate brand teams.

This role requires an experienced senior level design leader who has a deep knowledge of driving design in a complex and challenging business, relationships with relevant leaders, and executive stakeholders, across business units. In addition to core design skills, the position will also require excellent project management skills with the ability to manage 10+ project workflows simultaneously.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

· At least 9 years Design experience
· At least 8 years Project Management experience
· Demonstrated experience C level engagement

· Demonstrated Project Workflow
