Xaxis is seeking a Director of Marketing to join the team. The ideal candidate will be creative and entrepreneurial, possesses strong organizational skills, and be a self-starter. This person will be responsible for assisting the President, North America in clearly communicating the value Xaxis provides to leading brands.
The role requires a dynamic and creative marketer able to define and execute an overall marketing strategy for Xaxis in North America. In this role, you will be responsible for building compelling marketing content and materials to increase awareness and adoption of Xaxis solutions. This person will own the communication of the Xaxis value proposition and drive brand awareness and thought leadership with key client segments
Differentiate our brand through a multi-channel marketing strategy
Own and drive strategic marketing initiatives
Act as storyteller and evangelist
Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates our solutions in the market
Enable our client teams with the tools they need to drive new and incremental business
Contribute to creation of customer success stories
Develop and execute a comprehensive Thought Leadership program
Work with the product team to help support go-to-market efforts
Essential Skills and Experience:
Over 5 years of digital advertising experience obtained at a Programmatic Media Company or at a Digital Media Agency
Knowledge of the digital media industry, dynamics and competition
Articulate and strong communicator with polished presentation skills
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple competing priorities
Strong technical marketing/analytical aptitude
Strong writing and editing skills
Self-starter willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done
Experience running thought leadership programs and campaigns
Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
Self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Bachelor’s Degree
