The Director, Digitally Enabled Delivery Program Manager will support the execution of market-level digital transformation roadmaps. This role will be responsible for the coordination and dispersing of Digital Accelerator team members and other internal or external experts providing guidance and appropriate tools/resources to the in-market agile teams who are undergoing digital transformation.
Provide frameworks to prioritized markets through the integrated digital roadmap development and support its implementation
Drive stand-up phase of market DX roadmaps by engaging with DX Leads and relevant members of the DX LT and ensure relevant support is provided to markets depending on required activities
In partnership with the other COE team members, facilitate experience design / Customer & Patient Journey Mapping with prioritized markets and embeds the capability as part of their digital roadmap to identify DX execution priorities in alignment with business strategy
As primary interface with markets, facilitates priorities per market and craft into digital roadmaps
Manages market level roadmaps and all interdependent deliverables within the Dx Resources
Ensure markets are ready to execute DX roadmap in steady-state and provide ad-hoc support on an ongoing basis
Responsible for highlighting roadmap synergies across multiple markets
Manages cross-functional team deliverables to ensure that digital milestones as agreed with market senior leaders are achieved on time and within budget.
In partnership with Leader, responsible for tracking market-level learnings and case examples that are relevant for broad sharing and distribution to other markets / regions; supports codification into the Digital Accelerator Resources
Has a working knowledge of agile execution and design thinking and develops/maintains agile methodology.

Required:
Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent from an accredited university
Minimum 5 plus years of experience in Project Management
Critical thinking skills to analyze requirements and document deliverables, KPI’s and outcomes
Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical levels of the organization is a must.
