Primary finance lead and business partner to provide financial support to the Customer Success and Sales Strategy organization. Reports to Sr. Director Finance. Finance Business Partner to the SVP Business Operations.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
All financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Customer Success and Sales Strategy organization of approximately 1,200 employees globally.
Attend and contribute to various business staff meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews – provide finance support and representation to each primary function within the Services Organization
Business Partner with the Business heads to deliver the 3 year target model financial performance
Provide Guidance and Direction to the Customer Success Senior Management and Directors to enable delivery of priority objectives within the constraints of the committed plan
Develop innovative financial modeling and robust business analyses to support key decisions and assist in strategy development, go, no go decisions, and ROI analysis, etc.
Develop functional profitability reporting by business type, region area, etc and measure vs model performance
Analyze existing financial processes and workflows to propose and implement changes that improve on and streamline various processes
Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with executives, business and financial peer groups and subordinates to enable partnering and gain the confidence and respect of the business
Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them through to completion
Proven Problem solving capability
Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
Solid knowledge of accounting and process management skills
Experience with SAP and Hyperion or similar financial systems
Solid understanding of financial metrics and strong analytical skills
Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience)
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
MBA highly preferred
10 years+ of progressive related work experience with High Tech or other large public company
