Key Responsibilities
Maintain an excellent understanding of customer needs, market requirements, and technology trends to enable us to develop next generation software products.
Manage and drive the defined strategy across the functional organizations to achieve program objectives which includes working with software engineering teams to design, develop, and launch high quality products on time.
Partner with executives and key customers to identify creative strategies to solve the next customer product issue.
Lead and develop senior level individual contributors.
Manage the hiring and retention of a diverse an effective workforce.
Experience with, and understating of, enterprise software and/or SaaS products.
Experience as a product management leader in the Storage and/or Data Protection industry.
Strong understanding and experience of the competitive landscape within industry.
Ability to influence and work effectively in a high energy, complex environment.
Experience building and transforming a product management organization
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
15+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience; 7+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills or equivalent.
