Job Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and manage sales and after-sales matters for Synaptics’ Display Driver IC (DDIC) related products in the US by applying knowledge and expertise in touch display driver integration (TDDI).
Establish support systems for end customers of Display Driver products in the U.S.https://ssl.gstatic.com/ui/v1/icons/mail/images/cleardot.gif
Develop sales programs, guidelines, and procedures, logistics and train sales personnel and engineers in advanced sales techniques, assembling proposals, directing marketing, and methods to increase revenue by leveraging Synaptics’ existing and developing new customer base.
Develop sales projections and budgets in the region
Develop financial strategies, including conduct financial planning, business management strategies, and use sales statistics and projections to ensure sales are maintained with budget and proposed goals.
Develop business and sales plans and then lead the execution against those plans to maximize sales and achieve revenue targets.
Streamline the communication with Synaptics HQ, Japan, and end customers in the U.S.
Drive business objectives via technology projects, and manage a transaction-oriented sales infrastructure using detailed pipeline management.
Plan and participate in social contribution activities within the local region.
Ensure sufficient support and response from cross functional teams to customers’ request on the DDIC and TDDI products to make sure fulfilling customer’s satisfaction.


Job Qualifications

BS in Economics or related field and five years’ progressive sales and marketing management experience for semiconductor companies
Experience developing and launching sales and marketing programs, leading multi-geographic teams and supporting complex products.
Experience with sales in consumer/enterprise markets
Experience managing and support worldwide Tier1 customers
Experience with departmental management (budget, hiring, goals-setting)
Experience in emerging markets in Pacific Rim region
Experience in market requirements and competitive analysis, program management, business expansion, and strategic customer design wins.
This position requires limited domestic and international travel to visit customers and remote offices (20%).
