The successful candidate will be responsible to lead the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic sales, business management and information systems initiatives to optimize North American Neurovascular Region business results and profitability. Responsibilities include assisting in the management of field sales planning, performance analysis, pricing strategy, customer service, commercial information technology, sales force incentive compensation, recognition programs and business analytics of key leading indicators and measurements based on business objectives.
Key qualifications include:
13+ years in medical device or closely related industry. Global experience a plus.
Strong leadership and decision-making ability; Ability to prioritize; Proactively assesses impact and implications of actions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Strong business acumen and comprehensive understanding of commercial processes; Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive effective commercial strategies
Strong collaboration skills; Ability to work cross-functionally
Strong performance management and people development skills
Previous experience in creating and implementing annual budgets and forecasts
Bachelor degree required; Advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 6-8 years of demonstrated successful healthcare sales experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of previous management experience (preferred)
