As Retail Store Director, you encourage teams to achieve measurable results across the store's various lines of business. You lead a sales team that identifies customer needs and offers solutions to enhance their loyalty to Apple. Your technical support team helps to maintain customer confidence in Apple and its products. Your Enterprise team gives business customers the chance to experience the Apple experience. Finally, the training team you coach teaches customers how to get the most out of Apple products. You lead these activities by selecting and developing a pool of skilled talent. While working to build team spirit, the Apple Store Leader raises the enthusiasm around our products, launches, programs and initiatives. You ensure that our strict standards of communication and confidentiality are met. And by inspiring your people to create customer experiences that build loyalty to Apple, you get measurable results and enrich the lives of our customers.
Proven ability to generate positive customer experiences that build customer loyalty and deliver measurable results
Ability to manage multiple business units in a complex environment.
Excellent communication skills to clearly communicate Apple's vision to the teams you supervise.
Other requirements
Your leadership abilities have been recognized and you have at least five years of experience in a live sales environment to clients.
Intersectoral experience will be appreciated. An experience in retail is not essential.
You can not wait to learn more about Apple technologies and products.
Knowledge of several languages is a plus.
You will have to accept some flexibility in your schedule. Your working hours will be determined according to the needs of the activity.
