Field Marketing Director Amdocs Denver

Development and execution of marketing initiatives to support strategic business objectives for the Broadband, Cable & Satellite (BC&S) division of Amdocs serving MSO and satellite customers in North America. This role is the focal point for all Amdocs marketing activities and initiatives for the MSO and satellite customer segment and has a high level of engagement with account teams in the BC&S division as well as with end customers. This position works closely with all other marketing groups across Amdocs, including; corporate marketing (brand, events, analyst relations, and public relations), product and solutions marketing, and other field marketing teams, to execute for the MSO and satellite segment.
What will your job look like?

Create and successfully execute marketing initiatives to support strategic segment objectives and BC&S division revenue targets;
Drive marketing engagements and promote advocacy with customers that span the customer lifecycle and across business functions in current and prospective customers;
Marketing consultation and subject matter expertise, becoming a trusted advisor to client business executives and account teams. This includes orchestrating a unified Amdocs story leveraging products and services from across Amdocs to best serve this market segment as well as optimized for specific customer opportunities;
Responsible for developing an annual marketing strategy and plan (industry and account-level), budget management and maximizing marketing impact;
Directs, develops, coaches and motivates team members and an extended matrix group of marketing personnel, including sharing best practices across segments and accounts;
Works with wider marketing team to deliver appropriate and targeted marketing that support Amdocs' growth pillars optimized to perform for this market segment. This includes providing valuable market feedback back into other groups across the company to ensure Amdocs wins and becomes increasingly strategic for this customer base;
Supports sales growth through development of reference accounts, generating demand/ pipeline for expansion initiatives in existing accounts, as well facilitating pipeline of new customer opportunities.
All you need is...

Outstanding industry knowledge with a track record of success with large service providers and/or enterprise customers. MSO and/or satellite industry experience a plus;
Proven track record delivering results and directly contributing to growing an agile software business;
Engineering or Computer Science degree, MBA is a plus;
Minimum of 7 years of experience and success in Marketing or other go-to-market positions (e.g. - product management, sales, or solutions architecture);
Experience working across functions and organizations, including C level executives, both internally and externally;
Outstanding communications skills, including ability to present to large audiences across a variety of technical and business case topics;
Familiarity with cable/ satellite technologies, architectures & solutions including; IP/DOCSIS, Advertising, Media Processing, Video distribution, NFV/ SDN & OSS/ BSS.
Player coach with ability to mentor and manage a small team of direct reports and larger matrixed teams for key projects;
Experience sourcing strategic opportunities, executing demand generation campaigns and building quality pipelines with high conversion rates;
Ability to travel to key industry events, meetings across Amdocs and with customers.
