Responsibilities:
Lead the marketing and business management for PlayStation game subscription services. Create and drive plans to grow the PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now subscription businesses, while executing a compelling and impactful brand narrative.
PlayStation Plus Marketing Strategy: Develop over-arching brand strategy for PlayStation Plus. Evangelize the brand strategy and align the wider organization behind the Plus brand. Create and develop marketing plan that reflects brand strategy.
Service Marketing: Lead regional service marketing and consumer communications to optimize acquisition, retention and win-back strategies for the services; Report on performance and use data to iterate plans.
Business Planning: Develop fiscal year operating plans including goals, budgets and KPIs that reflect senior management desired business outcomes.
Cross-Functional Planning: Partner closely with key stakeholders to execute a best-in-class consumer proposition across PlayStation channels. Stakeholders include global counterparts in Europe/Japan/Asia, third party publisher relations, digital commerce teams, CRM, PlayStation brand, hardware and software marketing, consumer insights and business analytics.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in digital service marketing and/or digital business management; video game business experience not required, but is desired.
MBA preferred.
Must have outstanding written, presentation and verbal communication skills; this position will be highly visible across the marketing and PlayStation Network organization, both regionally and globally.
Highly analytical with strong drive to meet quantitative goals; Proficient in analyzing data and drawing insights and action plan based on data.
