The Mobile Program Manager will lead and manage all aspects of a project that may be part of a larger program that may or may not be global. Project Management responsibilities may include creating the needed processes, operating models, designs, and technology to enable effective and efficient implementation of the program. The Program Manager will leverage best-in-class systems and processes for collaborative planning and execution
The purpose of the Program Manager is to drive the development, management, and execution of high quality, realistic, global, integrated strategic plans for one or more programs. This role ensures coordination of planning and execution with individual system business owners, project managers, and business analysts. The role leads cross-functional PM teams (Platform SW Releases and Backend System Releases) to ensure efficient execution of program activities, cross-systems dependencies identification and tracking, and resolution of issues. The Program Manager will also monitor and ensure adherence to an integrated master plan and schedule, as required.
Function Specific Activities:

Leverage Continuous integration practices to ensure the development of quick and robust software and ensures best practices are followed to ensure software correctness, testing integrity, built automation and robust version control.
Lead the development and execution of the strategy to design and deliver the Program within required cost, quality, feature, and timing specifications. Ensure all required stakeholders are included in the strategy. Compile all relevant existing data to communicate the strategy. Design and implement data gathering (rather than formal research) processes to close information gaps. Develop comprehensive business case as needed.
Manage cross functional and geographically dispersed project teams comprised of team members, including several external partners: research & innovation, supply chain, service, marketing, communications, legal, finance, and bottlers as required.
Steward project with Sponsors and Stakeholders through the program lifecycle. Identify and partner with other leaders to integrate and balance work streams to maximize use of resources. Build strategic relationships with leaders of Innovation, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications and Finance to ensure support and commitment to the Project.
Manage and steward The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) relationships with key business partners as necessary (e.g. Internal Suppliers, 3rd Party Supply Partners, and other Partners as needed by the program).
Develop and share best practices for leadership of complex innovation programs within the system.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent experience preferred.

Related Work Experience:

10+ years' experience in Software Development and Deployment including but not limited to running teams with continuous integration practices.
5+ years of in-depth experience in the practice of integrated solution design, development and delivery according to a product development life cycle in a team environment.
5+ years' experience in leading large complex teams.
Agile Scrum principles including Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospective meetings.
Dev/Ops: Experience deploying and utilizing Dev/Ops strategies, methods, and tools such as; Jira, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, Chef, Nexus, Splunk.
Supplier engagement experience focused on sourcing processes, requirements dissemination, and performance standards management is preferred.
Knowledge of business partners (such as Customer, Bottler, Service Agent, and Supplier) in their context; industry trends and competitive pressures; strategies and plans; organizational structure; decision-making processes; and technology infrastructure and systems.
Knowledge of industry and food regulations is preferred
Proven operational experience in the beverage/food or fast-moving consumer goods industry is preferred

Functional Skills:

Coordinate the analysis of proposed projects (high-level project descriptions) with technology service providers (e.g., application development or infrastructure service providers) in order to determine resource requirements (people, hardware, software) and to provide consistent communication during the planning process.
Create and standardize best practices to ensure robust and reliable software development/deployment routines
Strong understanding of Cloud based solutions; Security, provisioning, plugins, configurations, connectivity, logging, etc.
Well versed in Integration technologies and API's.
Understanding of the following technologies: Apigee, Axway, Mulesoft, Splunk, Atlassian Tools, Git, Puppet, Chef, CRM, EMS, Salesforce.
Thorough understanding of the rule, profile and permissions sets (security and sharing model) guiding access and visibility, SSO, and desktop/mobile integrations
Identify and integrate cross-function projects (e.g., decision support, web development, SAP) in order to achieve synergy and expose commonality.
Work with US and offshore teams to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage new technologies, configuration or strategies to support additional business processes or functions.
Creative - able to think outside the box; uses knowledge gained through prior experience, education, and training to resolve issues and remove project barriers in a timely manner.
