Act as business owner for the commercial function (Retail and Marketplace), having a complete understanding of the internal and external variables affecting the business (category forecasting, monitoring, reporting along with responsibility for driving initiatives to achieve business objectives)
Lead the procurement function with responsibility for in stock inventory, replenishment, liquidation and Open-to-buy (OTB) management
Be the coordinator between cross-functional teams and the categories including but not limited to Marketing, Operations and Finance
Increase category profitability and selection opportunities
Maintain a thorough understanding of the KSA market, including seasonality, events, and continually monitor online and offline competition developments
Create business cases and plans for new category launches taking into account pricing and merchandising strategy
Own country financial variance analysis and business opportunities to achieve and exceed financial targets
Work cross functionally with marketing to identify areas of efficiency improvement, budget allocation and promotional planning
Lead the S&OP planning process, identify root causes of variances and own forecasting accurac
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or Management (MBA Preferred)
Experience in hiring and managing team
Ability to take quick but informed decisions in a high-energy, high pressure environment
Amazon experience preferred
